Thanks to your feedback, we have improved our Track & Trace tool. The new pro-active feature gives you the possibility to receive (multiple) status notifications for your shipment. Notification by email or text message? From now on you choose.

On 1 June we added a new feature to our Track & Trace tool, which gives you the option to receive notifications on the status of your shipment. The tool allows you to easily mark whether you would like to receive real-time departure and ready to pick statuses by email or by text message. Click here to customize your Track & Trace settings.
