Because our revamped e-Claim tool is fully responsive, you can access it from any device, 24/7.
Via the status tool, you can check which phase in the claim handling process has been reached and where a claim is handled. An overview of documents needed to process the claim is provided during registration of your (preliminary) claim. Documents can be uploaded when filing both a pre-claim and a formal claim. As soon as the status of a formal claim changes, an email notification will be sent.
