As part of our commitment to provide you with the best possible cargo solutions, we will be gradually introducing our new “PLUS” service level starting from 9 October.

What you can expect with PLUS

  • High priority: Cargo will be granted priority status when booking and in the event of any disruptions.
  • Extra care: Preferential handling provided during loading and unloading.

The new “PLUS” service level is intended for shipments requiring extra priority but not necessarily faster ground speed. Should your shipment require late delivery, early pick-up or shorter connection time, our “Express” product remains the best choice for you.
