The world's largest passenger aircraft.
This massive, 4-engined jet is the largest passenger aircraft in the world. Delivered to Air France in 2009, making it the first European Airline to operate this aircraft. The materials used to construct the A380 (notably carbon fiber, glass and aluminum) allow for reduced mass and superior aerodynamics. Despite the A380's impressive size, it consumes 20% less fuel than the A330!
