File preliminary Claim Notification

A preliminary claim or intent to claim is a notification to the carrier that an irregularity occurred affecting your shipment.

By lodging a preliminary claim in time, the right to file a formal priced claim at a later stage is reserved. Based on the time limits specified in the Warsaw Convention as amended at The Hague in 1955 and the Montreal Convention of 1999, a preliminary claim must be filed shortly after receipt of your shipment.

The time limits referred to above are:
  • Damage/Partial loss: 14 days
  • Delay: 21 days

Please enter your email address and follow the next step. You will receive your preliminary claim notification at your email address as indicated below.
