Customers in Quito win airline tickets, custom bicycle, dinner and more!

Our guests were greeted by our Director of the Andean & Caribbean, Eric Mauroux, along with his sales team.
In his welcome speech Mr. Mauroux highlighted the following points:
· We are here to stay and have decided to dedicate our Schipol freighter fleet to the flower markets. This not only reaffirms our commitment to the flower industry but also our dedication to always meet the Ecuadorean market needs.
· The introduction of the 74F Quito/Amsterdam in 2015 permitted us to modernize our operation. We currently operate 5 74F and 1 MD11F per week. Starting July 2016, we will not operate the MD11F, but will operate 6 times per week, all with the 74F.
· We also needed to optimize our organization within the Ecuadorean market. The decision to centralize our Customer Service in Bogota was one of many initiatives taken by Air France KLM in the world that contributed in 2015 to AFKL group coming back to back figures with a net result of 118 MEUR.
· You as our customers reaffirmed through our Customer Satisfaction Survey that we are moving in the right direction. We improved by 14 points versus the previous year. We thank you for answering the survey and are committed to keep on improving.
 
After the welcome speech, cocktails continued by the pool where customers were given an envelope with questions to answer for the prize drawings.

Mr. Pablo Torres from Sierra Cargo, Mrs. Consuela Baquero from Alliance Logistik and Mr. Patricio Brito from EBF Cargo won 3 pairs of Air France KLM aircraft models. We were pleased to host this event and look forward to serving our Ecuadorean market in all of their cargo needs.
