If your shipment cannot be flown as booked, you would want to be informed. With our new fully automated information system, you will receive a message when your shipment is offloaded, and on which flight it's been repaired. You will also receive a confirmation on when the flight is departing and when your shipment is on its way. This is currently available for our French based customers.
