Our digital exposure at TIACA

From 26 to 28 October, Air France KLM Cargo presented its latest digital innovations to more than 3,000 attendees at the TIACA Air Cargo Forum.

At our booth, the digital team demonstrated our latest developments in real time. Customers had the opportunity to find out about how we envisage our cargo customers´ digital journey – before booking, when you can find out about our network capabilities (such as cool rooms or express acceptance times) and our worldwide schedule, all on our revamped website.
Using Quote and Book, at booking time, our platform shows the best available rate in a fixed-time window, with immediate access to booking. The MyQuotes personalised tool let you find the status of all your quotes. Once the journey has started, the various tracking and tracing options offered by our RealTime Suite, giving you the opportunity to steer the notifications you need, 24/7, are complemented by our web-based interactive maps.
Our customers also had the chance to discover the beta version of MyCargo, a personalised space on our website providing a secure access to everything mentioned above, and even more. All our developments are fully responsive to make sure you can conduct your journey on any kind of device.
