File A Formal Priced Claim
A formal priced claim is a written complaint to the carrier (Air France- KLM- Martinair Cargo) requesting financial compensation for an irregularity concerning your shipment.
Please ensure that your formal priced claim contains the actual value of the damages claimed, substantiated by documentary evidence.
We kindly request that you submit formal priced claims no later than within a period of two years after the cargo arrived at its destination, or from the date on which the aircraft ought to have arrived or from the date on which the carriage stopped in accordance with the applicable conventions.
